Dear Reader,

We are pleased to present the 27th Issue of the International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice. This issue contains a variety of articles that approach public administration, civil service development, public service delivery and interaction between government and the public from several perspectives based on several different scientific disciplines highlighting technology's influence on public administration and its functions and processes. 

Contributors, this time are primarily from Central Asia academic and government institutions providing insights based on their experience with new trends in public administration and its responses to those trends and changes taking place around the world.     We hope you enjoy the Issue!
